Community College transfer to Penn

<p>Hi guys,
I am a student studying at a Junior College in California and I was hoping to see if I realistically have any chance of getting into UPenn. My HS GPA was absolute garbage about 2.5 and my College GPA is 3.7. My SAT’s are around the range of 1200 Old SAT and 1950 NEW SAT. I have done research for my economics and political science professors and I also won an award for being a youth volunteer in the year 2003. I also am a group volunteer economics tutor at my community college.My major is economics and my minor is math. </p>

<p>Dont know if I am even worth a golf shot for universities like Penn but guys do I have a chance if I write a great PS?</p>
