<p>Community/Volunteer service doesn't play a huge factor on your application, but it's definitely something good to add if the MBA school's mission has a strong "socially responsible" curriculum. It's even better if you held a leadership or mentoring role.</p>
<p>Even employees found themselves participating in their corporations' community outreach projects.</p>
