[Community Thread] Taking College Classes While In High School?

Note: In this thread, "college classes" does NOT equal to "AP classes". College classes are classes which a student takes while in high school at his/her local community college.

As the title states, which community college classes should students who want to get ahead take while they are still in high school? In order to maximize a student's chance of getting into a medical school, are there any specific college classes that would be beneficial to the cause?

Don’t know about medical school specifically, but I took Composition at a college nearby while in high school! It’s a pretty common class, required for most schools, so it’s a pretty helpful/reasonable class to take.

Anything.

I’ve taken:
Economics
American Govt
Poly Sci (World themed)
Psychology
Pre Calc
Media
American Foreign Policy

You may want to get calc or some of the science weeder classes out of the way. The tests are a lot harder at elite colleges, if you end up there, than at CC. Just make sure they transfer and you can handle them.
