What are some good competitions for these subject areas (Im a sophmore)

Math
Science
Humanities (Debate)
Writing

Math - AMC/AIME/USAMO
Science - USABO/USNCO/USAPhO/Intel/Siemens
Humanities (Debate) - NFL (there might be some others but I can’t recall them off the top of my head)
Writing - Scholastic Art & Writing, getting published in a prestigious magazine/journal, other competitions of sorts that you can get your hands on (check your local library)

For science, remember that your regional science fair is a good option if you’re not a senior. You can advance to your state science fair and then ISEF, which is an international competition and a pretty big deal. Young Epidemiology Scholars is a big one in, well, epidemiology. For math, there are several others, like for example Mandelbrot.

There are also other olympiads, like computational linguistics.

The Davidson Fellowship covers basically every field imaginable, but it requires some serious creativity.

There is an international olympiad is loads of different things but those are almost always done by people who dedicate loads of time in one field, since you are asking in a variety of subjects I assume you are not one of those people.

^
what he/she said. I don’t see how people can just pick up awards for college apps.

i already do like a regional and state olympiad and do model un and mock trial, and a regional math competition, i kind of want to expand upon it though to a national level

and for the amc does the school have to offer it

Yeah for the AMC, I believe the school offers it. At my school, for most of these things, I haven’t heard about them.
