Completed Applicaiton. Misunderstanding in Essay Question

Hi all :)

I hope someone here could help me out with this.

I finished the second part of MIT applications, and all my documents have been processed. However, now i realize that, there was an essay question in the part 2 application, if you remeber

11a) We know you lead a busy life, full of activities, many of which are required of you. Tell us about something you do simply for the pleasure

of it.

I actually answered this question taking it in a sense that, my life is full of activites, busy and how I find enjoyment doing "this" activites. I did not answer it in a meaning that how i spent my free time.

Hope you understood what i mean, i took it in a different meaning.

Do you think this would be a negative remark on my application?

Thanks in advance :)

Benna

I don’t think they will hold it against you, however that question won’t be able to say something more about you (i.e. it won’t tell them something about you that wasn’t already apparent from the rest of your application).

Don’t sweat it :)

Not at all, your answer looks great to me ;)
