<p>Well, I single spaced mine; it does not specify and letters are usually single spaced was my thought.</p>
<p>As a rule of thumb, I’ve always considered it to be single-spaced for college admissions; a page double is approximately 300-350 words, I think. 500-600 is one page on single spacing, which offers the room necessary to successfully develop ideas. For both of my GT, I’m going to be aiming for approximately 1 page.</p>

<p>Lol. I was actually going to attach a section of my previous post to address that, but thought it’d be going too far off a tangent</p>
<p>Yes, brief is included as a corollary, but it’s important to keep it on a note of relation: I’m aiming for a little under 3/4 for the “About you” when compared to the “Interests in GT” which will be about a page. The “about you” essay is also (in my opinion) the more approachable and easier of the two, permitting AdCom’s a little more insight into you, so I wouldn’t try to make it too short either.</p>
