I was recently accepted to USC and was informed that I will be competing for one of the Presidential Scholarships. I am also a NMSF, hopefully soon to be NMF, and listed USC as my first choice. If I win a Presidential Scholarship AND NMF, do I get my tuition fully paid for?

Nope. You can only get one or the other. However, you still want to interview for the presidential scholarship, because if you do a really good job, you can occasionally get pushed up to Trustee.

For the Trustee, I do know USC will credit Alumni scholarships and any outside scholarships as long as their total amount does not exceed $8000. For the Presidential, I don't know if the figure is the same.

^The figure is a bit different for Presidential. In outside and Alumni scholarships you can get up to the other half of tuition PLUS $8,000. So for this year you could get the Presidential plus up to $26,500 in outside and Alumni scholarships.
