<p>lol did usc really beat ucla in rankings for engineering? lolololol</p>
<p>USC shovels money into its programs, something UCLA isn't capable of competing against. The actual quality of education might prove that UCLA is the better choice, since it's competitively ranked because of the program, not because its students pay $30,000 in tuition fees apiece.</p>
