Computer messgage and firewall

I'm getting this message in my computer: "The firewall has detected an unauthorized parent application. The application "mobsync.exe" is attempting communication. Do you want this process to be an allowed parent?" Click “block” to prevent...or click allows.
I clicked "block", but the message keeps appearing.
Any ideas how to remove this message? Thanks.

Does this happen while you’re on the internet? If so, it’s probably a pop-up ad. Make sure it’s a message from the firewall you have installed on your computer, and not some generic one that’s probably disguising a virus. If it’s legitimate, go into your firewall settings and take a look at your options. You should be able to set your firewall to always block this program, and I think you should be able to set it so that it won’t ask again.

You should also check to see if this is actually a program you use on a regular basis. Perhaps you could do a file search for this filename, and see if it’s stored anywhere in your computer. If you use this program willingly, that’s why it keeps asking for permission.

I hope that made at least a little sense…

Many thanks JB Virtuoso. Yes, In firewall I enabled the three options “training” and “detection” for 14 days and 60 % sensitive and it blocked the pop.
Now I’m relax… Thanks!
