Concerning in-state tuition

<p>I am currently a California resident and have been for more than 10 years.</p>

<p>By the end of this school year, my parents will be moving out of state to Texas. If I choose to attend a UC will I be forced to pay out of state tuition? I am 18 and I do not have any income.</p>

<p>Negative. If you attended (for three + years) and graduated from a Calif HS, you automatically qualify for instate tuition.</p>
