Conditions of Admission

Hi everyone,

I'm in a little bit of a pickle at the moment. My Berkeley Conditions of Admissions, which I agreed to, states that I have to receive an overall B average in all my subjects, and avoid any grade lower than a C. Since I am currently enrolled in the IB Diploma, I was wondering if a 4/7 is a C? and is a B average 30/42?

Help!

You would need to calculate your IB classes on a 4.0, UNWEIGHTED GPA scale.

You must get at least a 3.0 UNEWEIGHTED in each semester of your senior year, with no more than 2 C’s

I am also procrastinating so much… and my IB exams start tomorrow! I would think that as long as we get an average of 6, and maybe get one or two 5’s, it would be okay…

I am fairly certain that a 5 = B. The Cal page also states that getting 30+/45 gives you 20 units of credit, so I believe that even getting a 5 in every subject will get you in for sure. Don’t take my word for it though.
