So I am looking to transfer to UVA, NYU, Nova and other schools if any of you have seen my previous posts... The only thing is I had a RM at my current University that was literally always out to get me. And she got me in trouble for ANYTHING she could. Really sucked, and is terribly unfair. I feel that this may weigh down my chances to transfer. She wrote me up everything from a noise complaint to an alcohol violation. I have quite a hefty conduct record, but obviously nothing dangerous just stupid stuff like that that most freshman do their first year. I am transferring in as a Junior, and I just want to know if this kind of thing affects my ability to transfer or it will be looked down upon. I haven't had any of these conduct things in a year since I moved out, and I am "on good standing" as a student at this point. Just want to know if these freshman year shenanigans will hurt my chances at these top universities.

Helloo anyone?
