<p>I personally never sent a deposit to Binghamton... did anyone who did not yet send in their deposit get an e-mail like this? Does this mean that Binghamton thinks I'm attending their school?</p>

<p>they accepted you. you have an acceptance. now you have to decide whether to enroll. that's why they have these programs to encourage you to enroll.</p>
