Confused about how to submit 1099s to IDOC

In addition to our tax return, we have documents that I believe need to be uploaded to support the 1099 requirement. We have one 11 page packet from e*Trade, one 9 page packet from Merrill Lynch and 3 one-page 1099-SA forms.

For the 1099s should I break them up into one pdf for the e*Trade, one for the Merrill Lynch and one for each of the 1099-S forms. I think if I try to include them all in one PDF it will surpass the 9mb file limit that IDOC imposes on uploads? Will IDOC know that all 5 of these files support the 1099 requirement?

I would ask the school that requires the 1099s.

Just put each 1099 on a separate page and scan the file at lower quality to keep it under 9mb.
