Confused about teacher recs: mine is not on common app's form

<p>Ok, I got one teacher rec already, but this was before I knew that the common app has a specific teacher rec thing that the teacher can fill out. Is it bad if the teacher rec I have is just a straight page about how awesome I am or whatever, or should it be the rec form on the common. I am getting another rec from a teacher and she is going to fill out the common app form online if that makes a difference. Also, does it make a difference if one of my recs is online and one is a hard copy only, or should I do them both the same way?</p>

<p>there is the teacher form that is supposed to be submitted with the letter of rec. so just ask your teacher and be like “can you fill this sheet out for X University” in addition? It’s not that bad. it is the thing that is like “tonytet is one of the best students i have ever worked with” kind of charts.</p>
