Important question about Teacher's rec.

<p>Okay, so I am going to ask my Art teacher to submit an extra teacher's rec (I'll have three </p>

<p>including my two core suject teachers). </p>

<p>Does my art teacher need to fill out the common app. teacher's rec. form, which my other </p>

<p>two teachers need to fill out? Or does she only send a letter of recommendation?</p>

<p>I heard that uusually they don't fill out a common app form; they just write the letter and you send it in with your other recs. At least that's what I'm going to do!</p>

<p>Does she have to clearly make a note that it is an extra rec?</p>

<p>Would it be bad if she did fill out the common app form?</p>
