Confused. Art supplement resume/cd

I have a bunch of photos of art that I have done paintings, drawings, etc. but should I just make a powerpoint file and put that on a cd? How should I do this?

And the resume. I have no idea what mine should look like. Does anyone mind letting me see theirs as an example? I know what to write, but the format, way it looks, the amount I should write, formality, etc. I am a little confused about.

wow..we meet again.

umm for the art supplement I think putting them on a cd is fine, at least that's what I did with a science poster on presented at a conference; I put it on a powerpoint slide and sent it.

I also attached a resume

Basically this was the format:

Name

Activity
Which grades How many hours/wk how many wks/year
One or two sentences explaining what i did

after listing all the activities

Awards:

Note: I only included activies and awards not mentioned on the common app.

isn't it too late to submit the app?

don't all supplementary materials have to be postmarked by jan.2?

Haha yeah I am always asking questions all over cc. I think that makes up about 95% of my posts. Thanks for the clarification. But crap. I don't have any art awards and I already mentioned my activity in commonapp.. Oh well, I will figure it out!

Yeah, but I called them and I am fedexing them priority on saturday so it gets there fast. They didn't seem to care too much
