Confused over UTexas @ Austin Business Honors Program Decisions

<p>Hey all, I am already EDing to another school. However, I am also applying to the McCombs school of business for Utexas @ austin.
Specifically, I want to do the business honors program.</p>

<p>From their site (<a href="http://www.mccombs.utexas.edu/programs/bhp/%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.mccombs.utexas.edu/programs/bhp/&lt;/a&gt;)
It says:
"Business Honors Program</p>

<p>Early consideration deadline: November 1; Regular Deadline: February 1"</p>

<p>However, I have been unable to find out what early consideration means. Is it binding? I know the university as a whole is on a rolling policy.
So even though I am already committed to EDing at another university, can I apply for early consideration at texas?</p>

<p>i believe early consideration has to do with UTs ED plan.</p>

<p>There is no binding admissions policy at UT as far as I know.</p>

<p>zonazoo: I have found no evidence of UT having a ED plan. I think they're rolling.</p>
