<p>Hey, all. Right now, I'm a Freshmen at my current college and looking to transfer, but I'm all sorts of confused. I went to my college adviser for help on getting forms and general guidance on how to transfer, but she was no help. I suppose my biggest problems right now are</p>
<p>a. What form do I give a professor for a letter of recommendation? Since I'm using common app, would the instructor evaluation form be best?</p>
<p>b. Can I go straight to my college and get my transcripts and physically mail them to the places I'm applying to? Or do I do that electronically?</p>
<p>As I stated before, I'm using common app to apply to my schools if that makes a difference.</p>
