I was a keen welder , right from my teenage years, which is why my parents always put me to some welding training programs. I’m already well versed in TIG , MIG , stick welding and done a Red seal course. Now that I have an in depth knowledge in these fields, the management of Weldtech Training Centre in Mississauga , wants to hire me as their full time instructor. Although I personally know how good the management is there ( since I’ve myself been their student of stick welding ), I would still want to pursue my dream career in the welding field. Please predict what my chances are both in the teaching and in the construction industry ? Feeling like a confused dog.
