<p>I'm going to transfer to a California Community College from my current 4 year institution in order to try for a UC. It will take me probably 2 and a half years in order to be applicable for the UCs I want to apply for. Is the fact that I went to a non-california school and completed 39 credits in that non-california state school, going to land me a rejection notice or lower priority for UC admissions?</p>
