<p>the common app is for NYU, correct? and it has a supplement, right?</p>

<p>On the supplement, there's about 5 "personal statements". Do we have to choose one of those and write a normal (250-500) word essay on just one? Or do we short answer all of them?</p>

<p>where do we attach the short answers (if indeed they are short answers)? the computer version I downloaded doesn't let you type on the actual pdf form. do i just type it in word and attach it?</p>

<p>All of the short answers must be answered and they really want you to limit yourself to the space provided. I haven't seen the NYU supplement but I can tell you that on the online NYU app they didn't give you much more than 3 or 4 sentences for each short answer.</p>
