Connect Carolina Question

<p>I just checked my Connect Carolina account and it looks like the format changed a little bit since I last looked at it. Is anybody else able to access the My Account/Payments section? I don't remember being able to do that before.</p>

<p>it also mentions a program advisor on the right? it says none assigned, but i don’t believe that box was there before…</p>

<p>These settings are also changed on my account. This ‘waiting’ is actually tearing me apart!</p>

<p>I have all of this as well. I don’t remember what it looked like before. I will tell you this,though. I was admitted to georgia tech over the weekend and everyone who was admitted noticed changes to their buzzport page before they got official notification. Denied/deferred saw no changes.</p>

<p>I remember seeing the changes after a time when they notified us the system would be down for updates. Who knows… decision time can’t get here soon enough.</p>

<p>portal now says: “There will be an outage affecting ConnectCarolina and other systems on Thursday, Jan. 23, beginning at 5:00pm and ending at approximately 12:00am as part of the Spring census (the official University enrollment reporting). All faculty and staff are requested to please log out of ConnectCarolina by 5:00pm on Jan. 23. Students will NOT be able to use ConnectCarolina for all functions during this time.”</p>

<p>does this give us a date for admissions notification?!! :)</p>

<p>also, now on my “academics” drop down menu, there seems to be a lot more options than before…another general change or is this limited to certain users!!! :)</p>

<p>Mine changed too!! I’ve had a blank to-do list and a box for advisors for awhile but I’ve never been able to access academics or financial stuff before!!! I’m trying not to get my hopes up but…</p>
