Eh Im not too happy with either party nowadays. I consider myself a conservative though. However I am not a Giuliani fan even though I live right outside NYC. I am also not a Mccain fan even though he has (much?)(some?) to be a fan of. I will support Frist come November 2008.

I don't know. I just don't think I can handle a lady president. I'm sure there are many very competent women who can do the job well but it's like how I don't want a woman pope! I'm not really ready for that kind of change. Right now, I'm pretty much a Giulianai suppporter.

I'm a fervent conservative (well, except maybe the environmentalism thing and how I am either pro-choice/undecided), but if I had to choose between Hilary or Rice, I would pick Rice. Hilary just gets on my nerves.

The Catholic Church still forbids female clergy members, so that will never happen. And I want religious influence to decrease until it leaves society, for I see it the same way that Karl Marx saw it: it is an opiate of the masses that is manipulated too often by those who don't use it.

I'm conservative.

Viva la 2nd amendment

Half of you aren't even pure "conservative" but libertarian

We know that already-it has now been proven in writing as to why the college atmosphere and establishment is highly liberal.

Too bad. Oh, well. What can you do about it. Conservatives aren't becoming an extinct race anyway.

Actually, they are members of the fastest-growing religion in the world: Islam. When was the last time you saw a liberal Muslim? 1600?

There are some liberal Muslims out there although the majority are conservative. Liberal thought in Islam came out during the 19th century and most liberal Muslims nowadays are contesting for the separation of church and state, human rights, women's rights, and a more open view on modern culture (like dress and customs).

i dont mind fiscal conservatives but i just dont understandd conservatives when it comes to social issues. its pretty mucht trampling on all rights and going back to the fricken 1950s. :)

Neo-Con. :) Sieg Smile.

I'm conservative.

Then I guess said Muslims must have little international press voice, because I rarely see them; all I ever hear is pro-repression, anti-education, anti-modernity and closed-minded blathering from a series of faceless critics that with their words are able to stir up major trouble in the Middle East. I think it is time to stop listening to the biased media and start listening to the rest of the world-it would go a long way if each inhabitant of the world understood everyone else in a general manner.

Bless your soul, dearie, I wholeheartedly agree. I can understand why Muslims want to keep their customs intact and not-messed-around-with but to critize other customs is quite rude. Narrow-mindedness is certainly not a valued trait.
