Consistently doing poorly on math tests

I do all the homework, plus dozens of extra problems, and I have a tutor. For most tests, I feel very confident that I got a good score, and that sometimes does happen, but in the vast majority of cases, I end up with a B or C. I just don’t understand where I could be going wrong. When I look over the tests, the problems I missed are just like the kinds that I have practiced over and over again and gotten right before. Does anyone have suggestions on what to do? I’m projected to end with a low-mid B this semester, and it looks like things will continue like this into the future. I’d like to maintain a 4.0 GPA Junior and Senior year, so that’s absolutely unacceptable.

The school year is almost over so just try to survive. Make sure you correct your mistakes in the future.
