Well, I got into Cal Poly SLO under construction management, and that is where I will most likely go since I didn't get into any other schools I actually want to go to lol. My guidance counselor originally told me to apply for const management because it is easier to get in, and it has similar engineering courses, so I could transfer a little more easily to mechanical engineering. However, I have become interested in the major, because it seems like construction managers do not only rely CAD day in and day out, and there is a business aspect to it. I plan on going to graduate school, so if I stuck with the major, would it be possible to get an MBA from a top business school or is it a totally unrelated field? How difficult would it be to get a masters in mechanical engineering? Thanks.

very hard unless you actually go engineering or physcics as undergrad don't expect to get in engineering grad. Just switch now you'll be gald you did. MechE opens so many doors that construction managment doesn't

I would agree. If you are looking for grad school in engineering or even an MBA I think you would be better off getting an M.E. degree.
