This seems like a field that really isnt talked about. I get the impression that it is a field that involves the blend of architecture and engineering. Anyone have any experience? It is also very well paying as well and something I dont think alot of people look into.

Construction management is touched upon in the civil engineering and architecture curricula, but it’s pretty much a field by itself. It’s all about figuring out how to make the designs of architects and engineers a reality, and companies frequently hire graduates from those programs.

It can be pretty well paying, but stress is very high. Been in this field for over 6 years now and sometimes it does get to me. However, the sense of accomplishment when you finish something is hard to beat.
