hey i'm from New Zealand and my school nor any in the area offer SAT and SATll etc.
I ws wondering if anyone knew of a cheap online course/school.
or
how did you learn did you just self study and if so what resources did you use

thanks

When you say you school offer SAT and SATII, do you mean they don't offer the testing itself, or that they don't offer preparation courses?

If you mean they don't offer test prep programs, don't worry. Most kids don't take them. You can self-study using commonly available test prep books (Kaplans, Barrons, Princeton Review, and the CollegeBoard has books available with real tests --from previous years-- to practice with.) You can get these from Amazon.com, if they're not available off the shelf at any major bookstore.

My kids only prepped using these commercially available books. Most kids do.

My son also prepped using the book that is published by College Board. He also used another one, and was annoyed by all the errors in the math section (he got an 800 in math in 7th grade and 11th grade, so he knows what he is talking about). The CB one is really the best. Whatever else you do, use the CB published practice tests.

If you want an online class Number2.com :: Free Online Test Prep is free, though limited. A good place to start. For a subsciber based class, this is an excellent deal https://www.homeschoolbuyersco-op.org/31207252/ I checked out Kaplan online, and it generally considered the best.

Good luck! And remember - it really isnt worth all the anxiety!
