Read the first paragraph of my college's meal plan page: http://www.emu.edu/dining-hall/meal-plans/. By "continuous meal service," does that mean "eat whenever you want, as many times a day as you want" or "eat 3 meals a day?" Maybe it's extremely obvious and I'm dumb to even question that I'd even be able to eat "continuously," but it's not very explicit at all.

I think it just means that they’re open all day, and that you’re able to get your meal at any time you choose, rather than having set times during which you have to eat.

I doubt that it just means you can eat as much as you want however many times per day you want. That does seem like a rather strange way of wording it though. They could be a bit more explicit.

You probably have a limited number of “swipes” but you could conceivably sit in the dining hall for 12 hours and eat continuously.

Turns out continuous meant continuous. I can swipe as many times as I want, eat as much as I want, and stay as long as I want.

Do you have a limit on the total amount you can spend through the year? I find that hard to believe. If that really is the case, then that’s an epic meal plan.

Be careful. Don’t get too fat. That freshman 15 could turn into the freshman 50…lol

Wow - that’s a really open policy! I hope there’s no fine print where it turns out you get charged extra at some point. Hope the food is as good as the access is!

The meal plan at my brother’s school was like this as well: unlimited. As many swipes as many times as you wanted. He staved off the freshman 15 with a bike and hiking but would still sometimes swipe in just to get an ice cream cone.

I agree with @comfortablycurt…watch out for added weight with unlimited plans like this.
