how bad is it really?
i've heard stories that the core is huge and can get kind of annoying.
for the math/science reqs, do you have to take hardcore math/science classes like biology, chemistry, calculus, etc? or is it possible to get away with taking classes like psych and statistics to fulfill that requirement?

thanks for your imput! :D

that's interesting. My ap euro teacher is not a math/science person so he took a class called the history of math to fulfill one of his requirements :D hopefully you can do something similar

There are a lot of requirements but they're not THAT bad. For math, you need to take Calculus. I have heard a rumor that if you get a 5 on the Calc BC AP test, you test out of math but I'm not sure. For sciences, you need to take a physical and a biological lab science. They do now have some sciences that are like Astronomy which could replace Biology. If possible though, I highly recommend for trying to test our of a science or two with an AP test. We also have to take through the 3rd semester of a language (if you place into the 3rd semester, you just have to take 1 semester), 3 semesters of PE, literature, civilization, 3 social sciences, and 2 humanities. I THINK that is it but all of this information can be found at the CMC website.
