Cornell: AEM or IRL for business?

Hi, I want a business major so I was stuck between choosing AEM or ILR?
Initially, I was going to apply to AEM but I heard it's one of, if not the most, selective majors at Cornell. Many also say it's very fit-based. However, that's a problem for me because I don't have any business ECs.
In addition, I have a legacy. My dad went to ILR

What do you guys think? Thank you

If you want business I’d apply to Dyson at AEM. If you have a particular interest in labor relations and that program then ILR is best. I’d guess that your legacy would count equally throughout the university and would not be specific to ILR.
