Let us talk about the cornell system,
what is the "financial to do list"?

hsinwei89811......u shud have done that by 3/15

roguexgirl i feel for u!
and i can't find anyone besides me applying to AAP
but then perhaps this is better than them telling me they're already accepted

i cant wait cant wait cant wait.

yes i can. ah

jeez i applied for a sophmore spot at ILR and I still haven't heard. I feel like everyone else for ILR has heard...that means rejection.

I think the decision will come out around this week crossing my finger.. The reason why I said so is because.. at first they had the applications due by March 15th.. and they said that the decision would be available on April 15th or so.. (about a month) But then they extended the due date for the applications to March 31th.. if it took about a month that I predict it would come out around this week.. AGAIN.. this is just my assumption.. NOT OFFICIAL.. :D

thats some good analyzing fri3nds04. Also, I sent my midterm report in kind of late (I called them so they knew about it), but that could have delayed processing and such.

I recieved my credit evaluation from ILR in the mail. If I can afford Cornell next semester, I'll be given junior standing.

And yes, definately live in West Campus. From what I've heard and seen, it's pretty nice.

JdC42, how many of your credits did they accept? Any APs as well?

Dear Mooncake88,

Thank you for your application to Cornell University. We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission to Cornell.

We understand that this is not the decision you were hoping to receive from Cornell. Given our large and competitive transfer applicant pool, it is not possible to offer admission to all candidates who would benefit from a Cornell education.

We wish you the best as you continue your collegiate studies.

Sincerely,

Jason Locke
Director
Undergraduate Admissions Office
Cornell University

hey mooncake, when did you receive that? is that on the status page or is it an email? :(

I'm sorry to hear that mooncake88.... hope Cornell wasn't your top choice....

I'm sorry Mooncake88.. :(

Here it comes people.. One of us has gotten the decision.. Will any of us survive after this long wait?? Hope to hear some good news.. :)

Im sorry too mooncake88

Pretty sure I'll be getting the same letter soon :(

mooncake how did you get that? by email?

my heart's beating fast lol.

i think it's gonna be better if i dont check the status online.. i mean, they called those who were accepted right? so i guess if they havent called you it's either a. your decision isn't available yet or b. you got rejected

neither would help me concentrate for finals so ughhh i hope i get a calllllll

I don't think everyone will get called.. (for people who are accepted).. I heard it's because they requested the admission office to call them..

Update anyone?? I got nothing this morning..

i checked on the status page...:( i don't think i am going to be accepted at any of the transfer schools i applied to...argh.

MOoncake88, really sorry to hear that.

Mooncake, really sorry, I guess it's just not meant to be. I heard a story about some dude (I've forgotten most of it...I THINK I have this right..), and he couldn't attend some college for some reason..and went to a different one..and met this girl there, they got married, and now like 20 years later still love each other, have 2 kids, a nice house...a happy middle-class family. They couldn't imagine life without each other...which would have happened had he gone to the other school.

ALSO...don't worry about the calls. They mean nothing. Some of us requested calls because we had other schools waiting, so we had to know soon.

Good luck to those of you remaining!

soccer-guy472, then do you know what is the normal time of the notification?
