Cornell Application Status

No offense but you sound like you're high?

Whatever you're having... I'll take two.

A bit..lol.

hahahahahahaha

I'll second that, Bourne.

hsinwei89811, did they say that you were admitted?
I don't mind ringing up but even if I get in, I don't think I could survive in the forest or mountains for another two years...

FBI did you get your acceptance via a phone call or on the status page? Congratulations!

i feel like i'm losing hope.............

its ok bitterlemon i lost hope a while ago

Haha, I was not high

Another day with no hope.. -sigh-

Thanks colege?, I got it via phone call.

I wonder what ever happened to pakiboy...

He left us.

Well, unless Cornell comes up with a miracle grant, I might be mailing in my little "decline offer of acceptance" card. =(

My family simply can't afford it, despite our bullcrap EFC of $67,000.

For future transfers and general reference of others: my "Check Decision -- Congratulations" link didn't appear until today, but I knew about the decision via phone for a week now. Still haven't received any mail, though. The transition from the Checklist to the Application Forwarded took about 1-2 weeks. The Decision was made within 3-5 days after the Application was forwarded. Decision on webpage a week later. Mail should come in tomorrow or day after.

I learned my decision online 3 days after all my materials were complete and forwarded. In retrospect, they made their decision quite fast.

But I still haven't received the actual snail mail package. To those of you who have received it: how does it arrive--USPS, UPS, Fedex? Is it a box?

man, this is very discouraging :(:(:(

Does it mean I get rejected? Because my application status has been forwarded since the first time it's available.. -___-

^ No I don't think it means that at all. You could be very borderline and the adcom might be fiercely debating your application. Plus, some colleges simply take a long time to notify (engineering, AAP). Plus, junior transfer applications must go through the department level. So there are many reasons.

Check this out:

engineering applicant from 2 years ago was notified of his/her acceptance via email May 16, if that helps...

i'm feeling very sick...............
