<p>what would be a VERY competitive gpa for someone who wants to transfer from UAlbany into cornell CALS biological sciences program?
i'm talking about transferring after soph. year (so coming in as a junior)</p>

<p>at least a 3.5 to be considered and a 3.8+ to be competitive</p>
<p>I m applying to transfer as a incoming sophomore for cals....was thinking of doing arch but gave up on that one--too bad they dont let you double major in those two fields.
anyways i have 3.77 now but its likely that i can get it up to uppper 3.8ish cause i m working my As* off this semester</p>
