Accepted! So grateful! Does anybody know when the financial aid letters come out (if they haven’t already)? I’m trying to find it…
Accepted into Engineering!
But why does the letter include “College of Engineering”? My acceptance letter from JHU just said that I was accepted. What’s the difference?
And when does FA come out? I’m probably heading to Cornell, if none of my waitlisted colleges accepts me.
Congratulations to all those accepted!
Now, you all seem REALLY excited to get into Cornell, so can you tell me, Why Cornell?
Waitlisted. Well, there goes another hope.
My aid letter is up!! They didn’t email me but it’s available to view. It’s a specific login portal on their financial aid website.
It’s nice to know Cornell is offering the second cheapest education out of every school I’ve been accepted to, I kind of cried a little
@slara980 can you post the link to that portal plse? Thanks
Hey @hayley636 are you referring to Georgia Tech?
I also went on that website and it says “Inquiry access denied” after I logged in
Just google Cornell view aid decision
@dianaDM same situation
I’m so freaked out because I’m a poor international
@slara980 how much aid did you receive?
where is the link for the Tshirt found?
Open the admitted students website, click financing (Top-Right), then enter as an undergrad and see your financial aid decision
For those at Cornell, how do u like Ithaca. D got in, she’s somewhat timid. How’s the social life? Does long cold season bring u down?
Thx! She’s really happy about going to Cornell, but it’s the most expensive option so far. Still needs to check her other Ivy’s (didn’t want to chk when it would likely crash), but cyrrently narrowed down betweenUCBerkeley, Cornell, UCSD, UCI for biological sciences. Interested in research
To me it says “Inquiry Access Denied”
What’s that?
Rejected
Cornell was my dream school. I wanted to go to study materials engineering. I also got rejected from MIT, Caltech, and Northwestern for MatSciE – all together, my top four schools.
I just don’t even know what to do. I got into my safeties, but I’m not excited about any of them.
@dianaDM Cornell’s total cost for this year is 69000, and they gave me 46000 in Aid. So my family pays 23000 which isn’t bad at all
@slara980 Are you an US citizen or international? My guess is that my aid isn’t up yet because I’m international and there is little funding there
Has anyone else still not seen their decision?
I can’t see my financial aid yet but the website says you’ll get an email when it’s available and I haven’t so that’s probably why…and I’m a U.S. citizen btw!
also for the free tshirt (lmao) did you guys just put in your email and size and then it just goes to a different page with a sticker for your parents? I never got a confirmation or anything
