My son just got his guaranteed TO offer for Dyson as well. Not sure if he’ll go to local community college or spend one year at UCSD…I wish he knew what the financial aid package would be. UCSD is almost full ride.
@beachmom2021 – Have you run the NPC? From everything I have heard, if you do not have extenuating circumstances, the NPC should be fairly accurate.
Also, the TO is not binding. Some students decide to remain at their first school, others decide to apply more broadly as a transfer and enroll elsewhere, and still more happily enroll as sophomores at Cornell.
@CT1417 I will have to look that up; I never heard of it. Thank you!
Any idea when theyre going to give final decisions?
Alright well its been silent for a while now…
Yeah seriously, no one’s been saying anything. Including Cornell. I just wish they would let me know already!
cornell’s arts and science waitlist for fall 2017 is closed but they have some spots for january 2018 remaining
@brandonbko where did you here that from? Can’t seem to find that anywhere
@AznDude525 I’m on the waitlsit and they emailed me
huh I haven’t gotten any emails from cornell even though I put myslef on waitlist for CAS. My email to them on May 9th confirmed their receiving of an update, they didnt say anything about the class of 2021 being full.
@brandonbko Did they offer you spot for Jan 2018?
@AznDude525 they let me in arts and science today around 5 through email
Also it was January 2018 admission
Unless Cornell hasn’t sent out any full out rejection letters for the Waitlist for CAS? Which is why I haven’t received any emails from them since I’m probably rejected…
@AznDude525 Are they letting anyone else in at this point? Have you gotten a response by now?
Yea got rejected like yesterday i think
@AznDude525 Agh, darn it… probably same for me.
waitlisted :((((((
@KAGANJA123 ugh i feel you :’((((
In how many waves were the offers released last year?
