<p>if anyone has any specific Tradition questions, you can pm me (since I don't check on here so often), or post on here, because I'm sure there are several Tradition kids on CC.
Basically, Cornell Commitment has 3 programs - CPRS (Cornell Presidential Research Scholars, so Research), Tradition (Service) and Meinig (Leadership). You're selected based on your incoming application to Cornell. However, other students can apply after their freshman year (usually you need strong service or strong leadership for the last 2, and for CPRS you need 2 years of research). There are a ton of benefits for each, but Tradition is the only one w/program 'requirements' (ie. work hour requirements, service requirements, etc) - the other two just require participation. I have good friends in all 3, so ask away.</p>
