Cornell Dyson School of Business or NYU Stern School of Business

Which school would u guys attend? I intend on graduating at the top of my class, NYU $74,000 vs Cornell $52,951 (I received no aid).

Major: Marketing/ Marketing Communciations

Everyone please comment and share your ideas, or even if you have been accepted to these as well!!

I would say cornell if tuition was the same. but with nyu being 20k more, then definitely cornell

Thanks!

If you are going into Investment Banking, I heard NYU has unbelievable opportunities with its proximity to all the major banks

Marketing Promotions

Go to Cornell. The 80k saved is totally worth it. I was deciding between the two last year and couldn’t be happier.

Thanks!

Are you sure Cornell is only $52,951? Check again, $52K is Tuition ONLY, total COA is around $72K.

For you, that makes Cornell cost almost the same as NYU.

Yep I live in New York State, so $52,951 covers everything

Got it. It’s funny how Cornell is private but public for New Yorkers!

Haha yep!

Only the land grant Cornell schools offer NYS in-state tuition. those schools are: Agriculture and Life Science;
Human Ecology; and Industrial and Labor Relations. the remaining schools all cost the same whether you are in or out of state.

Yepp! Dyson is in the Agriculture and Life Science school :slight_smile:

AEM has UNBELIEVABLE opportunities for career/internship placements. Definitely go for Cornell!
