@rapscallion proobably no emotions for deferral also

@zeldawolfsheik32 Unnecessary bro

Omg did everyone get decision notification email today??? k i’m an international living in Canada and haven’t got any email from Cornell so far
I’m freaking anxious right now

oh ok sorry guys I just cheeked my email and i got it lolololol this is embarassing nvm

Hey guys this is totally and completely off topic, but it will probably distract us all from our Cornell anxiety, so I’m gonna ask anyway: does anyone who applied to UMich Ann Arbor know when we get our decisions back? The website says by December 24th, but I’m wondering if anyone who also applied EA knows anything more specific

Michigan sends out deferrals/rejections first I believe (from the 15th to the 21st) or something like that, so DON’T hope to get any emails from them during that time lol

Does anyone know how long after the decision financial aid packages are sent?

I applied ILR @jasonyfgong

Hey guys I am really nervous now I am a international engineering applicant: ) I really think my chance is slim haha
Hope you all goooood gooood luck Monday!!! Remember even if you don’t get in that doesn’t mean you are not good enough you will get in other great schools in RD!!! But Let’s hope for the best :x
Have a good weekend eat well sleep early wait for good news guys!!!

got a notification email from UMich earlier and it just says decision will be released by Dec 24th.

At first I thought it was really extra to be looking at the time that the application portal was updated, but I checked mine and it said 5:23 as well if that means anything

@colormagix Thanks!! Good luck!!!; )

@datboi17
Cornell web site states:
http://finaid.cornell.edu/apply-aid/prospective-applicants

Meeting the aid application deadline will ensure that your financial aid award is available when you receive your admissions decision. If you do not apply by our stated deadline, your award may be delayed.

Hey guys, anyone know if you can get the guaranteed transfer option in the ED round? Or is it more likely they would first defer you and then offer it in the spring? Trying to think of every outcome before Monday :confused:

To everybody else talking about the 5:23 thing, Cornell is most likely going to update everybody’s at the same time, and if everybody’s updates at the same time, then it really means nothing. I know everybody wants to look for possible clues of acceptance or rejection, but we really won’t know anything until they officially tell us.

hey im new to the thread but applied to CAS as bio in society. anyone else on here with the same major?

@yikescolle9e I dont think so. Defer first

so I’m guessing the updating at 5:23 doesn’t mean anything? I got the update as well

As the decision gets closer and closer, it gets more and more stressful!!! Like ahhhhh I can’t even focus on anything, so if anyone wants to just like skype call just to chill out and distract yourself or STUDY LATIN with me just message me because I think it is beneficial to just get your mind off it.
