cornell hockey tickets

Im a huge hockey fan (thus my sn) and hope to see many cornell hockey games when i attend next year. I went to the Clarkson game this year and that was amazing. I was just wondering how students go about getting tickets and how hard is it, becuase my dad had to make some phone calls and pretty much beg to get the tickets to the Clarkson game.

P.S. Cornell is gonna dominate Wisconsin tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!

they're pretty tough to get.

this year, students had to listen for a radio announcement that said the place where we could get a line number for hockey tickets. Many got tickets, though hundres (if not thousands) did not get them. Students with numbers then had to wait in line for 24 hours to get their season tickets.

ouch!!! i never could imagine hockey was such a big crowd-puller!!!
so what other games does Cornell dominate apart from hockey??? and r basketball tickets as hard to get???

also do u ever get sent out of a game if u shout tooo much???

Hockey is pretty much the sport that Cornell really dominates in, basketball tickets are easier to get, and for your third question...have you ever seen a hockey game?

Oh Arjun . . .

oh pardon me...ive never seen a hockey game...
and as for my third question...ive been to only one game ever...that was a BB game in which my school played...i was sent out half-way through because i shouted my lungs out and the opponents got real ****ed...

you must be completly silent during a cornell hockey game bc the big bouncer will throw u out. come on arjun use the internet google hockey. nobody is quiet in sports in america

Unless it's golf.

true but the crowd gets rowdy after every major player sinks a whole or something else spectacular, the atmoshpere of golf has changed since tiger entered it.

Not really. Watch some videos of Jack Nicklaus or Arnold Palmer or Gary Player winning. Same thing.

You're more likely to get kicked out for being too quiet than for being too loud.

Cornell's also really good at lacrosse, but hockey is definitely the big one.

Basketball tickets are nonexistent for students, as far as I know...you just show your ID and they let you in...

every sport other than hockey never sells out (even the homecoming football game) and i've gotten into several basketball games this year during intermissions of hockey games without a ticket. i had season tickets for the hockey games and i must say its really awesome...though getting a ticket for a few games in the year would probably be pretty easy because people will have random conflicts and such...

It's pretty easy to get hockey tickets for every game excep Harvard - at least within my dorm/group of friends, there are always people who don't go and are willing to share or sell for about $8.

(Golf is serious. My dad saw numerous people kicked out of the Masters last year for talking during a shot. They will also ban you for life if you scalp tickets.)
