Cornell Human Ecology SAT IIs not required

My daughter going to be applying to Cornell's College of Human Ecology as a Human Development major early decision on November 1st. CHE does not require SAT II Subject Tests. She's only taken Math II, got a 710 on, not a great score. She will be retaking Math II and taking Biology M (for the first time) on November 8th (in order to apply to other schools regular decision if Cornell doesn't work out). Should she send Cornell my Math II score even if it's that low? Or will it hurt more not to send any subject tests, even if no subject tests are required for CHE?

Unless it bolsters her application in a positive manner, my motto has always been send just what is asked for.

Do you think it will put her at a disadvantage if she doesn’t send any SAT II scores, even if they are not required by the school?

Remember this is just my opinion, but very few colleges actually require SAT IIs. If she’s taken the ACT that will sufice for even some of the few that require SATIIs (it’s an either or)

A 710 on an SAT subject test is not a bad score. The problem with the Math 2 test is that the only people who take it are the best math students so the percentiles are completely out of whack. She should think of it as being in the top 30% of the top 10%. I’d go ahead and send it in.
