Cornell is not getting all of my application...

They say that they received my Common App and the writing supplement, but not my college choice, high school transcript, or recommendations. I'm really confused... I know I listed everything and when I look at my PDF from my Common App I did list my college choice and majors... Are they still updating the online site for did the CommonApp have a problem?

You should support the commonapp technical support. As far as I know, high school transcript and recommendations are sent by your counselor/teachers so maybe they not have finished them yet? :)

But some of my school received them and some haven’t, even though they all say on the common app that they were submitted?

I have the same problem, but on the portal it says that you should give online info about 5 days to be displayed so I’m hoping that’s the problem. I’m going to wait 5 days before I call if aything

ups I meant *contact not support.
Well, has anyone contacted you saying that materials are missing or does their tracking system tell you they have not received it yet?
If someone has contacted you, you might want to contact the commonapp technical support. If not, don’t worry. It takes a while for colleges to sort through the thousands of applications they are receiving.

->From my personal experience (so don’t quote me)<-
*There are several steps to Cornell Receiving this stuff. First, high school documents, like your transcript and recs, need to be sent out by your counselor. This is normally a high school problem, and you should check with your counselors/teachers about this. Particularly relevant if you’re using a system like Naviance. If your counselor tells you that all documents have been sent, then you have to wait a little. Cornell, and most other schools, download the received documents in batches (4-5 days between each batch, at least this is what my counselor said).

Second, if parts of your common app failed to send, like your intended college choice (major problem [no pun intended]! Since there are supplements to go with this!), then you need to contact the CommAp immediately and have it sorted out. The new system is really buggy to be honest.

Best of luck!

It takes time.
As akula123 said, Cornell reviews the documents in batches, so it’s not instantaneous.
I’m not sure about other schools, however.

^^agree with the above. It’s just a matter of when they get it. I sent in my ACT scores to Cornell and they told me they never received them and couldn’t find it in their database, but a few days later it was marked as received in the status check. Just be patient.
