<p>Does anyone know if they release decisions all at once in the engineering college, just like for the freshmen? Or is it rolling?</p>

<p>It's not rolling, but it's not strictly all-at-once either. Unless you are highly qualitfied and above the entire crowd, I don't think you could expect an earlier decision.</p>
<p>I am missing the college refernce form, and the HS transcript which I have yet to send.</p>
<p>My college reference is missing but Rutgers claims to have sent it in.</p>
