Worked for a caterer/hospitality company for the last 2 years, asking for a letter of rec from the owner

Common app essay talks about being a unique Eagle Scout
Letter of recs should be good (one is from my English who I get along very well with and the other is my Biology teacher who helped me with my Eagle Scout project).

Thoughts? Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

You are a fairly strong candidate for the Hotel School. Your GPA well above the required value, you seem to have taken the most rigorous course load possible, and your extracurriculars are pretty good (not amazing in all honesty). The Hotel School is really looking for your connection and passion in hospitality, so I would definitely make the most out of your work experience at the hotel. Touch on it in your supplement. Overall you’re a good candidate but not a surefire admit. Right now, the best way to boost your chances is to really nail that supplement. I have several friends and relatives who have attended SHA, so I am familiar with the process there. I may even apply RD.
