Cornell Summer College resume essay

I'm applying to this summer program and there is one question I do not know how to answer:

"Briefly list your three most significant interests and activities, including any employment or volunteer work experience. Also, note the time you devote to each activity, during which grades you participated, and your main responsibilities"

I don't know what constitutes as an 'interest' and an 'activity'. This is awfully similar to the college-app resume, so I was wondering if anyone can help?

Here's a list of the activities I participate in in school:

Bowling (JV 9th & 10th grades; V 11th grade)

Golf (JV 9th & 10th grades)

Quilting club (9th through 11th grade)

I guess I don't do much... I am interested in fashion & design (I sew) and baking... but I don't know if I can put it up there. During the past summer I helped my parents at their Audiovisual InfoComm in Las Vegas (I'll be going again this summer)

I have also studied abroad for a month during my freshman year (Italy) and my sophomore year (France). I have also done a 10-day exchange program in France this year (junior year)

Please help!!!!!!!!!!

dont stress about summer programs. it should be really easy to get into
