Hi! I'm applying to Cornell ED, and I don't understand what I have to do with the 2012 tax return forms. Do I mail them or do I have to submit them online?
They gave this website https://www.finaid.cornell.edu/submit-documents
for online submissions but it looks weird. What if there are more than 1 person with my name?
As for mailing, is it too late to mail? It's due tomorrow.

Cornell asked for the names of both student & parent.

still seems kinda weird how they have no identification methods

*On the form there’s only 3 blanks to submit PDF but i have to send in like 5.
Do I submit twice ?

Yes, it’s too late to mail and get there tomorrow.

Do you have the tax returns in electronic form on a computer? PDF or other format? Do you have a scanner? You submit the files by browsing your computer and selecting them.

It’s unlikely there will be someone with both the same name and birthdate.

yeah I’m scanning them right now. Thanks for the help! :D

You could send it in twice although it may be that after you browse for and select the 3rd one it will add additional ones. You are doing each return as a pdf, not each page, right?

yes as pdf. I’m re-entering the same info and submitting the rest

Don’t the tax returns have YOUR SS number on them? Maybe times have changed but our kids’ college applications all had their SS numbers on them…and those SS numbers needed to match the FAFSA and the tax form.

And only ONE person has YOUR SS number.
