I'm going to be applying for the College of Human Ecology to major in Policy analysis and management (PAM).

Ethnicity:Asian
SAT: 2130/2400
ACT: 31
AP: Calculus AB, Psychology, Physics, World history, U.S. history, Statistics, English language, English composition, and macroeconomics. The scores are a mix of 4s and 5s.
High school rank: 31/(700-750)

College:
honors program/honors classes
GPA: 3.87 (I'm only a freshman so I don't know how much this will count)

Extracurricular:
In high school, I was the president of a community service club, orchestra violinist, pianist of musicals, taekwondo, math club, etc.

In college, I plan energy conservation by designing electric meters in a school building to track electric consumption by floors/sections. I also volunteered in several community service. One most related to the major I am seeking at Cornell would be Dallas Homeless Alliance, gathering data to see annual improvement of reducing homelessness in downtown Dallas.

Basically, I would really like to attend Cornell's HumEc because the program really offers great opportunity for me to gain and experience in the policy sector. I recently found my interest in designing and implementing policy during my first experience at my current university, and I want to move to a university that offers a more research-based study.
Any comments would be appreciated! And do you think I should submit my ACT/SAT scores? They don't require it but my scores are so average I don't know if they will be of any help.

Thanks.
