Cornell Transfer from Ithaca College?

Okay so, I’m applying to transfer to Cornell for Fall’18.

HS:
Crap GPA 3.72 weighted I couldn’t even tell you unweighted. Took all AP and honors classes.
5s on AP English (both) and APUSH and 4 on Biology
30 on the ACT

College GPA: 3.68
Psychology major, pre-med concentration, neuroscience and biology minor.
I tutor, TA, I am a PETA Campus rep, and in the honors program.

Good essay, good recs, strong story of personal hardship and I’m putting myself through college.

White, lower-middle class, female.

I feel incredibly average in stats and I’m also applying to Arts and Sciences which is saturated so.

You’re stats are not bad, but what will really help you is your “why” Cornell A&S? Why are you transferring and why specifically Cornell. That will be critical. Yes, it will be difficult to transfer but you have a chance. Again, focus on why you are transferring and what makes you are strong addition to Cornell.
