Essay- "Table".
I will write about a "Table".How the table is important to me: In Africa my family and I were in a war and so we hide underneath the table from the bombs. Now, since I am in the USA for many years, don’t know exact number... but anyways, now my parents uses it to talk about bills and how will survive for next day.

So the essay will be a contrast of the use of a table in two different countries and different situations.

It is something unique, right?

What should be my aim for: SAT,RANK & SATII

You have done a lot of interesting extra curriculars, i would suggest trying to get your GPA up a bit and possibly get your sat score as close to the 2000's as you can

~2000 is usually the low cutoff, if you have a 2000 SAT it doesn't help, and you need something to help offset the gpa. Have you ever thought of the ACT? I was an awful SAT taker, because I always got it down to 50/50, would guess, get it wrong, and get penalized . I had a 1740 on the SAT, but a 31 on the ACT (which converts to around a 2100). It's in your best interest to take both. And I never said you didn't have have a chance, I just said, at least the way things are now, it would be hard...

ps- I got that 31 at the last chance, in October ACT. That's what got me my GT, i'm sure of it
