<p>will they let me correct it if I e-mailed them? Has this ever happened to anyone before?</p>
<p>They may ask you to send a letter, but they may accept an email, you'll just have to inform them, they'll tell you what to do. If you're worried that mail may take too long to reach them, or if you have other reasons to prefer sending an email, just let them know.</p>

<p>You can e-mail them, write them a letter, fax them, calling them might actually not be the best option b/c they won't have it in writing and I don't believe the people who pick up the phone are the ones who can fix your application.</p>
